Founded in 2002, Hivelocity began with a clear mission: to build a company dedicated to simplifying hosting and driving customer success. Our journey started modestly, with a single rack of servers in a basement—like many great startups. From the beginning, our vision was not just to support customer growth, but to actively foster it.
Our philosophy has remained constant since day one: the success of our customers directly translates to our success. This unwavering commitment to customer-centricity has propelled us from that single rack of servers to managing over 50 world-class data centers across six continents. Today, we oversee tens of thousands of server deployments. Each of our data centers is SSAE-18 SOC1 and SOC2 certified, with HIPAA and PCI compliance also available.
In Q2 2024, Hivelocity was acquired by Colohouse, marking a significant milestone in our journey. This acquisition further strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional solutions, combining the strength of both companies to offer an even broader range of services to our customers.
