Solution Portability
— an opportunity for customers to transfer their existing contract terms to a new agreement, tailored for upgraded services. Solution Portability is a flexible option available at Hivelocity’s discretion, allowing customers to adapt and grow with us. Eligibility depends on meeting specific criteria and conditions outlined below, but for those who qualify, it’s a seamless path to greater possibilities.To Qualify
The MRC for the new service will have to be equal or greater than what the client is currently contracted for. Client will be responsible for paying any additional incurred charges which could also include migration fees.
Current Contract
Solution Portability is subject to a minimum committed term equal to or greater than the current term on the Porting Solution, and a minimum of 12 months*.
Review and Approval
All solution portability offers are subject to Hivelocity financial review and approval.
