This is caused by too many attempts to login with that username and using the
incorrect password. To fix this you will need to login to the server with a
different user and then open the Computer Management section. This can be
easily found by right clicking your My Computer icon and selecting
properties. You will want to click the plus sign next to the Users option in
the list on the left. Once this has loaded all the users on your server will
display on the right panel of the window. Scroll through to find the user
that has been locked out. Once this user is located right click the user and
select properties. Im the first screen of the properties window you will see
a check box for for this user being locked simply uncheck this box and click
ok this will unlock that user.
