1. Login to my.hivelocity.net.
2. Click on the account image in the top right corner. This will open the account menu.
3. Click on the “Account Settings” in the side menu.
4. Click the “Security Questions” accordion near the middle of the screen.
5. Follow steps on the screen to setup your security questions.
