The most common reason for this is your billing password is not synched with our bandwidth graphing software. If you do not see your bandwidth icons please open a ticket through the support system requesting that your billing password be synched with the bandwidth software.
I do not see an icon for bandwidth under “my servers” in my.hivelocity.net
