a) Login to your websites CPanel
b) Under Mail menu click on Email Accounts
c) Scroll down and you should see the existing email accounts
d) Click on change quota link next to the email box for which you want to increase the size
e) Click on change quote
f) Provide the new value for the size of your mail box
g) Now click on change quota
