Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Network Connections
Right click and go to properties of the enabled/active NIC
Highlight on TCP/IP and click on properties
Select “Use the following IP address”
Enter your IP information for the server.
Click on Advanced
Click Add on the IP Settings tab.
Enter the usable IP range along with the netmask. ( e.g. 255.255.255.0 )
Click OK.
