Creating a vApp from an OVF Package

  1. Initiate OVF Deployment:

    • On the Virtual Data Center dashboard screen, select vApps from the left panel.

    • Click New and select Add vApp from OVF.

  2. Upload OVF Package:

    • Click the Upload button and browse to the location of the OVF/OVA template file.

  3. Verify and Configure OVF:

    • Verify the OVF/OVA template details.

    • Enter a name, description, and configure the necessary settings for the vApp and its virtual machines.

  4. Complete Deployment:

    • Review settings on the Ready to Complete page and click Finish.
