Adding a Virtual Machine to a vApp

  1. Initiate VM Addition:

    • On the Virtual Data Center dashboard screen, select vApps from the left panel.

    • Choose the vApp and select Add VM from the Actions menu.

  2. Create or Select VM:

    • To create a new VM, click Add Virtual Machine and provide the required details (name, computer name, description, OS family, boot image, boot firmware, etc.).

    • To select a VM from a template, choose the template from the catalog.

  3. Configure VM Settings:

    • Configure CPU, memory, storage, and network settings.

    • Click OK to add the VM to the vApp.
