We realized recently that a little cheat sheet we had created long ago was forgotten about and dragged out of our navigation options like an unassuming well-mannered United Airlines customer. Instead of deflecting our malfeasance by publicly criticizing this well intended cheat sheet for simply sitting there minding its own business, we will apologize whole-heartedly and get it back where it belongs.
