Infrastructure on demand provider, Hivelocity, introduced its new web site earlier today. The new site is Hivelocity’s first complete site overhaul in 5 years and is further evidence of the company’s efforts to expand its “Hivelocity Experience” initiative.
For several years the Hivelocity brand has evolved to not only stand for reliability and consistency but for personality and excitement. Hivelocity prides itself on providing customers with a unique hosting experience that tends to be more personalized and fun than its competitors. Hivelocity offers a live order tracker which allows customers to follow along as their new servers get assembled and even watch live as their server gets racked and powered on for the first time. Customers are also periodically sent personalized pictures of their servers giving them a glimpse of the product paid for but rarely seen. Features like this and the new site are all part of a deliberate effort to provide a uniquely enjoyable customer experience.
“The Hivelocity Experience isconsistently delivering that moment of pleasant surprise which comes from having your expectations not only met, but exceeded. Our website is the beginning of the Hivelocity Experience for most of our users, so we took a step back to consider their needs when we set out to redesign it. With a mixture of modern design and concise information architecture, we empower our users and save them time from the very beginning. Our new website lays the foundation for every interaction we have thereafter and reinforces what the Hivelocity Experience is about. Our goal is to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations with our expertise, innovation, personal attention and, of course, reliability,” says Hivelocity Product & Design Manager, David Alexander.
The new Hivelocity site can be seen at https://hivelocity.net . The new site will see additional features added to it over the next few weeks with version 4.1 expected mid-March.
