Hosting provider, Hivelocity, announced this week it will be offering its customers free Windows Server Web and Standard Editions for 6 months on every new Cloud VM and Dedicated Server hosting solution they sell. This promotion enables Hivelocity customers to purchase a Windows Dedicated Server or Cloud VM for as little as $59 per month. Additionally, each Windows VM and Dedicated Server Hivelocity puts online will include Microsoft’s free WebMatrix development tool. Hivelocity customers can also apply for Microsoft’s Website Spark program which allows qualifying Hivelocity customers to receive an additional three year license to the Windows Server Operating System free of charge.
