Todd is the Managing Partner and CEO of 1547 Critical Systems Realty (“1547”), an owner-operator of data center real estate and investor in Hivelocity. Prior to 1547, Todd founded The Telx Group, an interconnection-focused colocation data center company, where he served in multiple roles, including CEO, President, COO, General Counsel, and Controller. Todd guided the company through multiple financings, acquisitions, SEC registration, and two sales to private equity firms.

Bill is the former CEO of AboveNet, a fiber based provider of high bandwidth solutions in North America and Europe. He navigated the company from a Chapter 11 reorganization to a multibillion dollar sale over a ten year period. Bill sits on the Board of Directors of Digital Realty Trust (DLR: NYSE) and presently serves on the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees. Bill also serves on several private company boards.
