How to switch on antivirus protection for a mailbox through Plesk 12 (Windows)

  1. Login to your Website’s Plesk control panel

  2. Now click on the Mail tab
    Mail tab within Plesk

  3. On the Mail page you will find all of the email addresses created that are associated with the domain.

  4. Click on the email address for which you want to enable the antivirus protection.
    Click email address that you want to add antivirus protection for.

  5. The next page will show the email settings for the selected email account. In the email settings click the “Antivirus” tab to switch on antivirus protection.

  6. Tick the check-box for “Switch on antivirus protection for this e-mail address“. This will enable antivirus protection.

  7. Select the virus check options as per your requirements.
    click on switch on antivirus protection for this email and check the only incoming mail button.

  8. Now simply click on the OK button to comeplete the setup.
