How to add MySQL Database in Plesk 12 on Windows server 2012

  1. Login to Plesk control panel with your Plesk user

  2. Once logged in to Plesk, click on “Database” button under Custom Website box.

  3. On the next screen, click on “Add a new database” button.

  4. On the next screen, under the General section add the database name to the Database name field.

  5. Scroll down a bit and under Users section add a user for the database that we are creating and then click OK button.
