Self-managed servers get free reboots, free hardware replacement and help with 5-10 minute fixes here and there. Other than that, tech support is provided at $32.50 per ½ hour. Managed customers pretty much get whatever support they need anytime they need it. We are not going to do busy work for them, like setting up email accounts because they don’t want to do it, but we will trouble shoot and assist with most anything they need.
